Zach Parra
Assistant Director of Leasing
Zach has worked in the real estate industry for seven years and prior to his real estate career worked as an intelligence analyst with the US Navy. He completed three tours with the last one in Afghanistan. Zach earned a bachelors degree in Finance from UTSA. He specializes in retail assisting clients with obtaining quality tenants for their shopping centers and assisting retailers with their expansion plans.
Zach is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Is it true you live off a steady diet of Quesadillas and other items from the Children's menu?
That is not entirely true but it is now the running joke in our office. Visiting new restaurants and trying out their menus is an important part of our job. Everyone has that one menu item by which they judge a restaurant and mine is surprisingly quesadillas. Here at the office everyone likes to give me a hard time for being a picky eater.
