Vicki Adelstein
Senior Associate
Vicki Adelstein joins us with almost twenty years of commercial real estate experience. She was previously with The Retail Connection in Dallas, United Commercial Realty in San Antonio, and Old Republic Title in San Antonio. Vicki specializes in tenant and landlord representation. She has worked with many retailers such as: Sally Beauty Supply, Weight Watchers, Nautical Bowls, Children’s Lighthouse, and Adventure Kids Playcare.
With her expertise, Vicki works with property owners to develop a strategy and a merchandising plan. Vicki has worked on some notable ground up leasing and sales projects such as: Westpointe Retail for Casey Development, McCreless Market redevelopment for HEB Real Estate, and Alon Town Center for Fulcrum Development.
Vicki graduated with honors from the University of Texas, Austin. She is married to Jason Adelstein, a Real Estate & Oil and Gas Attorney with Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer, and Adelstein, LLP. Vicki has 2 sons and 2 dogs.
What is something not a lot of people know about you?
I am a classically trained vocalist! After graduating from UT, I moved straight to NYC and pursued a career in music. I wrote and produced 2 one woman shows. Being on stage, singing for a crowd, is a passion of mine. These days you can find me singing at the local senior homes in my free time!
