With over 20 years experience in education and coaching, Kara has a deep understanding of people’s needs and aspirations, making her adept at finding the perfect commercial spaces to suit her clients’ needs. Drawing upon her strong interpersonal skills and dedication to excellence, she has quickly established herself as a respected commercial leasing agent.

Kara is a 2023 graduate of Foresite’s commercial real estate program, CRE Launch. She has a Bachelor in Exercise/Sport Science from Texas State University and a Master in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She is also an active member of CREW, ICSC, and NAWBO.

She and her husband, Matt, own a local hauling company and are proud parents of two grown children. In their free time, they like to wander on Main Street in Boerne and visit local restaurants.
