Carmen joins the Foresite team with 18 years of property management experience. She started at Primera Partners, where she worked for almost two years, and then went on to Reata Property Management, where she was fortunate to be mentored by great people. She worked there for nearly 11 years.

In 2015, GrayStreet Partners bought the portfolio she managed from Federal Realty and she was asked to continue to handle the project. In 2017, she was asked to return to Reata Property Management to set up a new portfolio. She loves working in property management. She believes that it has its challenges, but more rewarding events keep her in the industry.

She is a mother of two wonderful daughters, Gabriellie and Georgina. Her youngest daughter has finally blessed her with a beautiful granddaughter named Leila, who is six months old. Her mother (a great grandmother) calls her “La Leoncita,” which means “The Lioness”. She think it’s a cute, and fitting nickname for her because when she thinks of a lionesses, they are beautiful and fierce.
