Andrew Broyles, a retired Naval Officer, has embarked on a new chapter as a Leasing Associate at Foresite. With over 23 years of dedicated service, Andrew honed his expertise as a Submarine Nuclear and Electrical Technician, later transitioning to roles as a Surface Warfare Officer and Executive Officer. Now, Andrew leverages his exceptional leadership, management, work ethic, and diverse skill set in the dynamic field of commercial real estate.
Andrew thrives on collaborative efforts and fosters strong partnerships with his clients, whether they are landlords or tenants. By fostering a team-oriented approach, he ensures a seamless and efficient process that effectively meets their business needs. Through his extensive network of real estate professionals in Texas and San Antonio, Andrew streamlines the commercial retail experience, making it both effortless and productive.
Educationally, Andrew holds an MBA in Management from Jacksonville University, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from New School University.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Andrew embraces a fulfilling lifestyle. You’ll often find him indulging in camping adventures, mastering the art of barbecuing, nurturing his garden and landscaping, and cherishing quality time with loved ones and his beloved rescue dogs, Duke and Skylla.
What is something unique you did while serving in the Navy?
I was the Executive Officer and First Lieutenant onboard USS Constitution (a 224-year-old ship), Old Ironsides, America’s Ship of State. I had the pleasure of leading 80+ Sailors, while managing 37 different DOD and DON programs. I had the honor of planning, hosting, and being Master of Ceremonies for the Medal of Honor Society, Vietnam War Commemoration, Secretary of Interior, Secretary of the Navy, Chief of Naval Operations, Major County Sheriffs of America, Department of Defense, Queen of England’s Platinum Jubilee Celebration, Foreign Dignitaries, and Foreign Militaries.
