“Brokers don’t return calls” is the number one complaint we hear from tenants and landlords alike. For this reason, we offer owners the option to cancel our agreement if they can show that a prospect called our office and didn’t receive a return call within one business day. We have a live receptionist answer every call between the hours of 7am and 7pm and route them to the best point of contact immediately. No phone tree and no full voicemail boxes.

It surprises many of our clients to learn that 90% of the leases we generated for our clients were generated by means of proactive marketing efforts. Only 10% of the leases we sign come from passive sources such as building signage or web advertisements.
