Xavier Alvarado is a retail investment sales specialist focusing exclusively on shopping centers and net-leased properties. Based out of San Antonio, Xavier focuses on the Central-South Texas markets.
Mr. Alvarado was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Following his graduation from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Xavier jumped straight into the field as an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus and Millichap.
Xavier’s favorite part of his job is being able to build relations with his clients, and assisting them in their problem solving. Xavier prides himself on providing all parties with a high level of communication, Integrity and competence.
Xavier is a highly faithful, sports loving, husband and father of a 2-year-old son. Being a sports fanatic, he has appreciation for all sports, but has one team that he loves above all others, Los San Antonio Spurs.
Why did you join commercial real estate? And why investment sales?
My father was a stock broker for 25+ years, and naturally as a child I wanted to become like him. Although I never became a stock broker, I still wanted to be like my dad and be in investment sales but believed tangible assets are simply more exciting, which led me to commercial real estate.
