It was an absolute pleasure working with Tristen. We have been looking for several months for the perfect location and then I connected with Tristen and he secured it for us within a week! I met Tristen on whim, after calling one of those random signs that says the space is for lease. Usually someone answers who is not exactly interested in helping you to their full potential. Tristen Palori is the exact opposite. He took the time to send me detailed information about the space I called about, sent me emails videos, etc. When that space didn’t work out, Tristen went above and beyond to search for other locations, to send me updated findings. We would hop on phone calls to discuss everything in detail, pros and cons about every single space. The search lasted for what felt like an eternity, but his work ethic never waivered. When we finally found the right location for us, Tristen was immediately in contact with the landlord. He helped me negotiate terms of the settlement, and managing getting some construction work done. He reviewed the lease in detail for me pointed out everything that needed highlighting. Even this process went back-and-forth for a while. He was there every step of the way and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tristen again in the future for any type of commercial lease. Seriously man thank you so much.
