Craig began his Property Management experience in 2008 after moving back to Texas from Park City, Utah.

He is seasoned in high-profile, multi-use developments, Class A and B hi-rise office products, and destination boutique shopping centers. Craig’s experience began with overseeing the construction and development of a 190,000 SF prominent H-E-B Plus anchored center in north San Antonio. Tenant coordination was an important role while developing this center which included tenants such as PetSmart, Sports Authority, and Lupe Tortilla. Craig’s strengths are his ability to establish great relationships with owners while providing impeccable service to tenants. During his time with Reata Real Estate and CBRE, he developed an extensive background in capital construction projects and oversight of tenant build outs. Craig enjoys working closely with General Contractors and Architects to ensure that both Landlord assets are protected and Tenant expectations are met. His other responsibilities include lease administration, the supervision of property contractors and employees, generating the monthly financial reporting, as well as the preparation of annual budgets.

Craig holds a Bachelor in Graphic Communications from Texas State University. He is currently an active member of both the San Antonio Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA International). He is married and the proud father of two children that are both attending college.
