Cindy joins Foresite with over 22 years in the commercial real estate business. Cindy’s management experience includes retail, office, medical office and industrial properties. She holds the RPA® (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMA. Cindy’s past properties have received numerous awards such as the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) as well as the LEED Silver Certification and the “Shine a Light on Me” EBie Award from USGBC for retrofitting the lights in the entire building to reduce energy usage and the footprint for the building.

Cindy strives to help property owners meet the goals for their properties and is committed to providing seamless service to owners while increasing the value of properties; decreasing operating costs through effective management and maintenance programs and providing beneficial capital improvement recommendations. Her strengths include preparation and implementation of annual budgets and capital expenditures, monthly financial reporting, tenant and contractor relations as well as developing and implementing maintenance strategies. Cindy received Foresite’s 2019 Business Development Award thanks to her exceptional service for loyal clientele.
