David joins Foresite with 8 years of maintenance experience. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and he plays a key role in maintaining a functional and welcoming atmosphere across our commercial properties.

Wilmer worked at his previous company for 11 years before joining Foresite in 2023 as a maintenance technician. He enjoys barbecuing and traveling with his grown children. Wilmer also likes baseball and specifically the New York Yankees.

Albert joined Foresite in 2019 to assist our clients in maintaining their properties. With nearly five years industry experience in assisting clients in improving the aesthetics and operations of their shopping centers, Albert is a vital member of our property management team.

Joseph began his career in Chicago, IL where he did high-rise demolition construction with his grandfather. Genevieve was born in San Antonio, but lived in many states before joining Foresite as an Accountant/Receptionist. She is excited to expand on her skills and is committed to a bright future. One of her favorite aspects of her job is meeting new people and learning something every day.

Melisa Esparza joins Foresite with over 20 years of accounting experience, including 12 years in property management and a specialization in commercial property management. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management accounting financials.
