Donna Weidow is our newest member of the Property Management team here at Foresite. Donna has 25 years of experience in Property Management and brightens up our office daily with her infectious personality and great smile. We wanted to take the opportunity to let everyone get to know her.

Before working at Foresite Commercial Real Estate, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

During high school I worked in a greeting card shop. The job was not very interesting. However, to this day, if I walk down a card aisle and see cards and envelopes not neatly placed in their slots, I’ll sometimes stand there and sort them!

How did you decide to pursue a career in Commercial Property Management?

My real estate career began in the multi-family arena. I transitioned into commercial real estate in Dallas, Texas with Lincoln Property Company. I was really excited about the opportunity to work in a prestigious office park (Lincoln Centre office park – Hilton Hotel).

What is your favorite part of working at Foresite Commercial Real Estate?

The people! There is a real feel of comradeship and team collaboration to achieve a common goal.

What is your craziest experience while working in Commercial Real Estate?

I found kids partying on the roof of a retail shopping strip after hours. The police were called to get them down.

What is on your wish list for the next 10 years with Foresite Commercial Real Estate?

There is no doubt that this company will continue to grow in all aspects of the business. I hope to be a part of this growth and continued success alongside these dynamic individuals.

How do you define success?

Success to me is achieving a healthy work/life balance that allows time for what’s important in your life (e.g. faith, family and giving back to community/organization(s) close to your heart) while enjoying what you do for a living.
