Joe Houston IV joins the commercial real estate industry with a primary focus on leasing in the Austin market. Raised in Austin and a resident for over 20 years, he brings a deep understanding of the local landscape. A graduate of Texas State University, Joe has experience in insurance and investment strategy. As a real estate enthusiast, he’s focused on building lasting partnerships with his clients.

Most recently, Joe distinguished himself in the CRE Launch Program Class of 2025, where he ranked 10th overall among participants from Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Los Angeles, and Miami.

Joe is the proud father of a son who carries his name sake into the 5th generation.
