Lex Lutto brings more than 29 years of professional real estate experience to the Foresite team. He specializes in land, landlord representation and tenant representation in San Antonio, and the surrounding trade areas.

He has leveraged his experience in the local retail sector to bring in a new book of business including a wide range of anchored and unanchored projects, multi-use projects, and land tracts, as well as pad sites opportunities. His clients have included a broad range of groups and retailers such as Burger Boy, Jollibee / Red Ribbon, Sea Island Shrimp House Development Partners, Money Mart Pawn, Schumacher Interests, Inc., La Madeleine, Rios Golden Cuts, A 10 Capital, Greenblum Investment Partners, Inc., Hartman REIT, InvenTrust Properties, Mesquite County Real Estate, MIMCO and Peterson Regional Medical Center.

Previously, he worked with CBRE through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate, where he was Senior Vice President. There he completed over 450 transactions with a total aggregate value in excess of $98 million. Prior to his work with REATA, Lex was an Assistant Vice President of the Weitzman Group and began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1992 in Richmond, Virginia where he owned and operated Lutto Realtors, Inc.
