Cost: $2,500 per student.

Weekly Schedule:
In-Person Lectures: 1 hour (12pm - 1pm CST) Mondays & Thursdays
Recommended Time for Online Modules & Assignments: 10 - 15 hours/week

About the CRE Launch Program

Each year a small group of students are selected to participate in a 10 week intensive training program taught by industry veterans. The program includes curriculum, tests, lectures, assignments, research and mentorship and is designed to ensure the best and brightest have what they need to succeed in the commercial real estate industry. Classes will be streamed online for professionals with occasional schedule conflicts.

How It Started

In March of 2020, when shutdowns caused many students to lose internships and delay graduations, Foresite Commercial Real Estate decided to open up its internal training program to the public, which received an overwhelming response. The firm ended up having to run two back-to-back programs with a dozen students in attendance each.

It became apparent that there was a great need for mentors who could take the time to provide necessary training for professionals starting out in commercial real estate, and the industry desperately needed a solution for these recruitment woes. Since that first year, Foresite has grown its two month training program to multiple campuses, received students from more than ten universities and five brokerage firms, and has graduated professionals who have gone on to enjoy careers at prestigious companies throughout the United States.
